For the past three years, she has been passionately working in the events industry, turning ideas, celebrations and visions into memorable experiences. What began as a creative interest gradually evolved into a professional journey, where her eye for detail, love for styling and décor, and passion for bringing people together found the perfect expression.
At Magical Moments, Aparna believes that every celebration has its own personality. From intimate gatherings to elegant celebrations and thoughtfully curated events, her approach is to understand the client, add a creative touch and take care of the details that make an occasion truly special.

Hospitality has been at the heart of everything I’ve done. I trained as a hospitality professional and spent close to three years working in the US with companies like Marriott — starting out in sales, then moving into marketing, where I got to plan and run B2B events for the business.
In 2022, I moved back to India, and that experience stayed with me. It’s what pushed me to start Magical Moments, an event planning and decor business based in Pune, where I now work with couples and companies to bring weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and birthday celebrations to life.
What I bring to the table is a mix of two worlds — the structure and standards I learned in international hospitality, and the personal touch that comes from actually caring about how an event turns out for the people living it.
